ABOUT US
It all started with a craving for good coffee in Rio de Janeiro.
Our founder, Richiko Olrichs, found herself a regular at a local cafe run by an Australian expat.
While enjoying her daily caffeine fix, she noticed something interesting: the cafe was buzzing with digital nomads working remotely.
A corporate escapee turned remote entrepreneur, Richiko, a few years ago, left the traditional work environment to pursue her passion in property development.
This shift gave her the flexibility to work remotely, allowing her to travel the world while
managing her business.
A Spark of Inspiration: A Better Way to Work and Travel
As a remote worker herself, Richiko recognized the challenges faced by the digital nomads filling the cafe. The space, while ideal for socializing, lacked the essential features for productive work.
This experience sparked a question: what if there were dedicated spaces designed specifically for the needs of the digital nomad community?

Our mission is to design a work environment that caters specifically to the remote working lifestyle. We understand the importance of comfortable ergonomics, strong and reliable Wi-Fi, and a space that fosters both productivity and a sense of community.
More than just a co-working space, we aim to create a home away from home. We want to provide the facilities and environment that enable remote workers to thrive, transforming the remote work experience into something truly fulfilling.

Working remotely and looking for a change of scenery? Our experience has been designed to allow remote workers and digital nomads to enjoy the Mediterranean climate and immerse themselves in Sicilian culture. Working together with local partners, we have tailormade our experiences to offer you an authentic taste of Sicily. Our accommodation is located in the heart of Palermo, with an abundance of restaurants and bars at your doorstep.
Rooms include your own private bathroom and work facilities including a desk and chair as well as high speed WiFi. We have partnered with local coworking space Neu Palermo to offer more comprehensive facilities to suit your professional needs. In the evenings, join us for dinner for a chance to meet and connect with like-minded people sharing this experience.

The breakfast had many delicious choices in breads and cakes, fruit, cereal and yogurt. The facility is located in the center of Palermo and all the main attractions can be easily reached by foot. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. We strongly recommend this place.

It is SO central - 50 metres from the Quattri Canti and with cafes and shops right next door. We love the two sunny balconies with rooftop views, the comfy bed and the modern kitchen. It was warm and stylish - great value for money.

We only stayed in the B & B for one night and it served all our purposes. It was very safe and secure and entry to the building and the apartment was very well controlled. the breakfast was fine and the apartment was brand new with a very nice big shower.

What amenities do your rooms include?
Rooms include your own private bathroom and work facilities including a desk and chair as well as high speed WiFi at 10GB. Many of the rooms have an enviable view, some on Corso Vittorio Emanuele through large windows or balconies that fill the rooms with natural light; others have a view on San Matteo Church
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Breakfast is served as a buffet in a room on the third floor of the structure. Hot drinks (tea, cappuccino, coffee), croissants, fresh bread, local jams and marmalades, honey, cakes of the day, typical biscuits, fruit juices and a little Sicilian savory surprise, the famous "rotisserie", different every day. Upon request, eggs, toast and gluten-free products are available.
Can I book online, and what is your cancellation policy?

Are airport transfers included?
Return airport transfers to and from Palermo Airport are included.
What other amenities are included?
Our offer includes daily use of nearby coworking space with our partner Neu Noi, daily dinner at Locanda del Gusto or Pizzeria Bellini and 3 wellness courses
